Poster Competition

In this poster competition, participant will have to make poster related to “Sustainable Energy”.

Terms and Condition:

• Period of Competition:
  • The registration period of poster competition starts from April, 11^th 2018 until June, 30^th 2018
    
  • Poster Submission Deadline is on July, 15^th 2018 at 23:59 (West Indonesian Time) via email
  • 5 groups with the highest rating (The Top 5) will get free entrance ticket to ICEED 2018 Conference on September, 5^th 2018 at BINUS University Alam Sutera Campus
  • 5 groups with the highest rating (The top 5s) should attend the exhibition that will be held on September, 6^th 2018 at BINUS University Alam Sutera Campus

• General requirements:
  • Participants are active college students or high school students in various educational institutions
  • Competition can be followed individually or in groups of maximum 3 persons from the same institution
  • Participant(s) is (are) allowed to have advisor from the High School or University but majority of the poster contents should be done by the participant(s)
  • The poster should relate to “Sustainable Energy” topic based on the research done by the institution they are (he/she) in (it could be research from industry (company) or any events happened in any environment)
  • Attach the participant’s identity (Name and University Name) at the lower right corner of the poster
  • A3 poster paper size is sent in .jpg and .pdf format along with the identity of the participants to iceedbinus2018@gmail.com

• Special conditions:
  • All scientific posters and Intellectual Property Rights (HAKI) of copyrighted works belong to Industrial Engineering BINUS University
  • Participants shall ensure that the work included is original and has not been published, either in content or design perspective

• The Poster Criteria:
  • The type of poster is a scientific poster
  • The topics are Green Manufacturing System, Natural and Bio-energy, Eco Building and Sustainable Structural Engineering, Green Data Center, Innovative Eco Architecture, Energy-efficient Food Production System, IoT and Smart Technology, and etc.
  • The poster must be written in English
  • Interesting and creative
  • Scoring rubric will be
    • Coverage of the Topic (45%)
    • Design (20%)
    • Picture(s), Table(s) and Graphic(s) (15%)
    • Organization (20%)
  • Template for Poster:
    • Abstract
    • Problem
    • Hypothesis
    • Materials
    • Procedures
    • Graphs and Tables
    • Results and Data Analysis
    • Future Work

• Assessment criteria:
  • Originality of Work and conformity of work with theme
  • The artistic, creativity, uniqueness, and way of delivering the messages of the content
  • The poster is easily understandable

Please submit your poster  in A3 paper size in the form of .jpg and .pdf format with your identity (affiliation) of the participants to iceedbinus2018@gmail.com

Winner Prize:

• Free entrance fee ticket to ICEED 2018 on September, 5^th 2018

Registration fee for Poster Competition

The Registration fee is IDR 350.000 (Local participants) or $30 (International participants) per group.
